If you liked Independence Day, Predator, and Alien this movie is for you. Well acted and filmed with a rare mix of live performance side by side with great CGI. Hopefully Hollywood can start producing more like this.

Good beginning to the end

Does a good job starting the completion of the series. Audio volume was too up and down especially with the heavy accents. Why do the studios insist on the low volume conversation / loud special effect schtick?
I'm very excited to see if they can improve enough in Part II to overcome the fairly slow plot of this one.
