Amazing film & utterly captivating; so much so that I never heard anyone cough or a phone ring or anyone text, etc. during the movie. After the movie began, I'm not sure many people left for concessions or other reasons either... It was _that_ good --- & few movies seem to be these days...
I have often been disappointed by movies that are hyped; thankfully, this lived up to it's reviews & was a true treat to take in.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

StarTrek movies haven't always been among the best --- but this gives great hope for the franchise & making any 'tired old thing' new & interesting again. Regardless of ST associations --- this was simply a good movie, with laughs, thrills, effects, etc.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
