I took my 5 year old Grand daughter to see this film (She's a great excuse to go see the disney films).
We absolutely LOVED this film. True, as one of your viewers noted, this is another Disney princess movie. Big deal... I'm a 50 year old grandfather that thuroughly enjoyed this film. The entire theatre applauded after the film (who they are clapping for, i have no idea). Just a testimony of how great it was.
The 3D effects were great for this film. I looked around the theartre when the floating lights were released and the kids were all trying to touch them... Great sight in itself.

I was very skepitcal going to see this film. I was not a fan of Blair Witch and with all the comparisons, I was afraid it would be another dissapointment.
I have been startled, jumped out of my seat, grossed out, amazed at the special affects in many a horror film... But I have never had a movie send shivers up my spine. I loved it!
I aplaud Oren Peli's take on this low budget scarefest. No special affects, No big name actors, and little time...He gets the audience to get caught in their own minds, thoughts and above all...FEARS.
