Very good movie and a fresh feel for the Star Trek series. Engaging character development blended with good sci-fiction. Trying to tackle the idea of destiny versus time was particularily appealing. I was only let down a little with how they brought Scotty into the fold. But, other than that a very good movie and great jump start to I'm assuming a whole new series of movies with the same, but different characters.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
