Great re-launch

Overall I was not quite expecting to like this movie as much as I did. I was very impressed with the way they took the old, beloved Star Trek and re-invented it for today's audience. Speaking as a Trek admirer since the old days, I thought that the way the storyline was re-told with all of the twists and action that today's moviegoers love was well done.
I was also amazed at how well the actors were able to pull off their characters, you can actually see all of them as younger versions of Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Sulu and Scotty that people like me grew up with.
I am looking forward to see what else they come up with in the movies that are sure to follow this one.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
