Pleasantly surprised

I was expecting this movie to be corny and contrived, but it was REALLY good. It was glamorous, but not over the top, had good guys and bad guys, and young, smart lead actors. The only issue I had was that they were unable to fully develop some of the lesser characters, but that would have made it a 5 hour movie. I am moderate in my political views and I really enjoyed this movie!

Suspense right until the end. if Leonardo doesn't get an Academy Award for this one, I won't believe it! It was great.

Johnny Depp was absolutely in his element, here. He is so versatile. I was convinced he was really John Dillinger in the movie. Marion Cotillard was beautiful and convincing, also.
