My wife and I went to see this movie. She had read the book prior, stated several areas were largely changed from that in the book, and some skipped totally. It's unfortunate a book has to be chopped up just to fit into a 2hr +/- period for a movie. Personally, I would prefer the "entire" content carried over into the movie (maybe with a bathroom break intermission… ;-)). At any rate, it was a fairly decent movie, the acting was excellent, Ron Howard did an excellent job of directing, for whatever reason(s) did the movie the way he felt best, and obviously Dan Brown allowed the changes to the story that we see in the final version of the movie. All in all, a great movie, action packed, and kept you thinking (just like The DaVinci Code)!!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
