Great book...not a great movie

I went to the midnight showing - it wasn't worth it. They should have stuck to the story more than they did. The opening was pointless and some parts in the middle never even happened. There wasn't nearly enough about Tom Riddle's history or the horcruxes. My friends who came without reading the book didn’t get the whole thing because it's not fully explained. If it had just shown less of Ron's relationships...The fight between the death eaters and the Order in Hogwarts was also overlooked. I thought that was a pretty important thing in the book. Also the rating was a little questionable. I would think that with Harry being attacked by a bunch of dead things the rating would be pg13. Overall, not an impressive representation of a great book
