Old Trekkie give "thumbs up"!

I really liked this movie. I am an original "trekkie" before it was a cliche' club. My dad and I use to watch it every day at 6pm. The characters were good, finally got to see why Ahora was always looking at Spock the way she did. I love Star Trek because it was one of the first shows to give the message "you are who you are and it doesn't matter who you love". The action was great; the special effects even better. Makeup and scenes were smooth, not choppy. And I'm really glad to have seen it in IMAX. it was "that BIG". Thanks! Everyone who likes Star Trek should go see this and even if you aren't an "Original" go see it for the great Sci-Fi.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
