Star Trek at it's best!

As an old Trekker, I was excited to see this movie. Boy, dd it surpass all my expectations. Although I had an idea as to the plot, it was so well developed that I never would have guessed how/where it was going. The special effects are just right - they add to the story, but don't overshadow it. The character development answered a lot of those old quesitons: who/why/how...Of course, the first view of the Enterprise is breathtaking...whether you are a Trekker or not, and if you can only go to one movie this year, this is the one to see. And shell out the extra bucks for IMAX - you won't be disappointed!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
