OUTSTANDING! JJ Abrams has created an amazing film that stays true to the Trek canon. I have been a Star Trek fan for over 40 years and I LOVED IT! One of the interesting things that I frequently hear is that people without any Trek experience also loved the movie. I only have two cautions for Paramount and I hope that they are finally listening to THEIR FANS: Don't wait 3 to 5 years to make the next Star Trek movie AND Don't make the same mistake that the Bond people made(Hire another Good Director to do the follow up film.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
