Breathtaking example of modern film

I am a a comic book and star trek fan alike, and have been excited over the past few years as the film industry finally started doing right by the likes of iron man and other inked out heroes. Star Trek is like the collective "end of movie, can't help but smile excitement" of all of those movies wrapped into one package. My girlfriend liked it because it has the best visuals of any movie to date, but I can't hold it against her for not sharing that extra bit of excitement when you see McCoy, Scotty, and the likes appear onscreen. Bottom Line: Everyone will enjoy the movie, anyone who proclaims themselves a fan will see it again, and again...
Yes, I recommend this movie.
