Wow!!! Non-stop from action to laughs to (naagah-ooo) Megen, to action, wow!! 2 1/2 hours of IMAX awesome, great filming and special effects, incredible CGI, wonderfully blended digital sound (nothing hurt, everything fit) - great movie!!! Best of ALL, there were SURPRISES that did not come out in the trailers!! There are several items for movie geeks, trivia throbs, & story-line fanatics to get greased about by seeing the entire movie and not just the promos!!!! Go forth young man (& or woman), but to IMAX you must find, it is the best resolution!!!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

The IMAX at Columbia was weak, but the HD and digital sound made for a great movie showing.
The movie is awesome!!! Lots of cameos, former Trek stars, SG Atlantis stars, super props and technology, and Karl Urban did THE BEST "Bones", he was AWESOME, totally got the character down and the use of the previous lines from Star Trek - TOS , awesome!!, he should be nominated for an Oscar for that performance. The movie leaves real Trek-ers with some bad tastes in their mouths for the differences, but they have to remember, Nero altered the time-line... he changed the past Star Trek reality. THIS WAS BRILLIANT, now Paramount can bring back William Shatner in a cameo or a star in a sequel to "right" the time-line or anything. I loved it!!
