Star Trek - 1 Helluva Ride

I truly loved this film. I dragged my daughter to it (who didn't know Star Trek from a hole in the wall) and she loved the film as well. I thought the casting in the primary roles was dead on excellent. I loved the story and cinematography
(and, oh yeah, the special effects). It has been a while since I left a theater feeling so satisfied. I think the film will have appeal well beyond the smarmy Trekkie set (of which I am a card carrying member). I am currently my daughter's hero (until I take her to the next clunker). 5 big stars. I hope these actors realize what they have gotten themselves into. I was ready to donate a kidney to any one of them by the end of the film. Thank you J.J. Abrams and company.
