the writing really surprized me the way they brought disparate and diffifulct script situations into wonderful harmony while staying consistent with Trek Lore was simply mezmerizing. I particularly enjoyed the energy of the main characters, they were perfect--except for the kissing scene in the transporter, that just did NOT fit at all.
