Even true Trekies will love this movie. It has action, humor and even a little romance. It is interesting and logical how the Star Trek principals are presented in their youth.
The acting was right on. The actors did not mimic the older original charcters, but gave an essnce of them. And the action scenes and special effects were awesome.
The movie held my attention throughout. I felt uplifted and satisfied as I left the theatre.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
