Wow! Best movie I've seen in a long time!

I'd heard reviews of this on the radio and so it was my Mother's Day wish to see it. It was like being reunited with Star Trek of my childhood. The Spock/Vulcan storyline was the most interesting to me. It was very well done from start to finish. Thanks JJ Abrams for bringing the original story back to life. I can't wait to buy the DVD.
Only one small thing though, sad to think that all that science, physics, yet they still can't help someone get out of a wheelchair.....and wasn't Capt. Pike scarred from burns in the tv series? Not sure, but seems that way....
Everyone, go see it, even if you don't know the original series, you will enjoy it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
