I thought this movie definately lived up to all the hype. Lots of action. The typical interaction of the charactors I grew up with but in a much younger version. The story was good but there was a mistake if you are a "trekkie". Spock's mother was around long after Spock grew up. This is a definate purchase when the DVD is released.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
