Half the move was funny and entertaining and it should have stopped there. Instead, we had to hear a "karaoke" version of "I am woman hear me roar". The crowd and everyone else was totally quiet. It just didn't fit with the Sex in the City theme from past years. A more adventurous and hip song would have been delightful to see. It went downhill from there and the last 45 minutes was dreadful. Samantha is showing her age regardless of hormone treatments. Is it possible we will never see this group mature? They seem stuck in episode one from past years. Better than the last movie but if you really want to see it just wait for the DVD.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
