This Star Trek picture has something for everyone! I am a big fan, and I have been disappointed by the last few big screen adventures. JJ Abrams not only reinvents the franchise, he makes sure to keep it along the lines of the Star Trek cannon and manages to make us feel as if we are watching the original cast, only younger. The pacing of the picture was amazing...and something the originals never had...pure acting talent. The director lets the camera hang right in the actors' eyes so we can see the real emotion and tension build up. What amazing talent. The special effects are very detailed and well executed. SEE it in IMAX before it ends!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
