Great entertainment value, excellent casting and acting, Imax was worth the additional cost, but the storyline could have been better. They alter so many things that are in the future of Star Trek, in essence they created an alternate time-line from traditional Star Trek as everyone knows it and did not resolve this. Simply changing the way it was written toward the end could have resolved these issues.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
