Excellent movie. Especially relevant to those who know the original series. There are a lot of inside jokes and references to the original series. Excellent character development. Not for kids under 13. It starts a little too slowly for them and some objectionable material. Also, they don't know the original series so they'll miss some stuff.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
