Not just for trekkies

With one viewing this has become one of my favorite movies period. I've never been that into Star Trek anyway, so that is saying something. It starts fast and has enough good action and surprises to satisfy non-Trekkies but it also delivers enough references to the original series to make even the hardcore fan smile with nostalgia. I would recommend Star Trek to friends for a good time and enemies in an attempt to extend an olive branch of peace.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
