one of the best star treks ever

While my husband is the true trek fan through and through, I have lived and been a part of it for his entire life. I loved this movie. It is one of the best in the franchise. I only have a few quibbles with the movie, and that would have to be the romance with Lt Uhura. It should have been nurse Chapel. Sorry. Doesn't work with Uhura. At least not if you have truly been paying attention. I too read Roger Ebert's opinion if you could call it that, and totally disagree. Go see it for yourself and be surprised. It is like a wonderful rollercoaster. And what a fun ride it was, can't wait for the next one.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
