Not like the original series, but it couldn't be. I was a little disappointed about the way things came to be, but there was a reason (can't explain until you see the movie). It was an Excellent movie, little changes here and there, but Destiny (Karma) plays a big part of getting the crew together. Would like to see it again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
