Alternate Reality can kiss my blue Andorian @$$...

While it wouldn't be Star Trek without a dash of meddling with the time line, they ALMOST always seem to repair the damage. (A few episodes do go down the alternate reality route, most notably in my mind is from the newest Enterprise series in which an alternate 1st contact with the vulcans leads humanity down a path to inerstellar conquest) I fear they went the alternate reality route so that inconsistancies with the story could be chalked up to "The timeline and events were changed by the Romulans trip to the past and *insert* is a result of the altered reality. Plot choice aside, I thought it was a great film. The actors each were amazing, and the action scenes were spectacular.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
