Great Movie

First, the bad news: this is not the IMAX Theatre I have gone to at the Boston Museum of Science or Orlando at one of the theme parks. This is a very big screen with curled edges. Very disappointing in that respect. I think the regular Cinemagic screen would have been great, for half the price, since we really didn't get an "IMAX Experience".
Now the good...Spock was a dead ringer for the original. Kirk, McCoy, Chekof, Sulu, Scotty, and Ohura were as you would anticipate as young cadets. The humor between characters was as subtle as expected and very funny. Casting in a word was fantastic. Special effects were complementary rather than dominating.
