This was a delightful gem! I had no idea what it was about when I went to see it with a friend. It kept us both intrigued throughout the entirety. The acting was very good. A truly wonderful story!

This is an "R" rated movie, if you can't handle the language or nudity then just don't go. Okay, now for the good stuff - this movie is a riot! It's irreverent, sassy, and doesn't take itself seriously! My sister and I went to see it since nothing else was available when we could go, and we both were surprised at how good it really was. It's a wild ride that's for sure! The acting though - that's what put it over the top. Nicolas Cage plays a stereotypical role for him, but you can almost see him winking at you out of the corner of his eye. William Fichtner is a total treat in this movie, and brings in the unexpected element of "wow". Loved it - go see it! I will probably see it again! Don't be surprised if you find yourself quoting it later! lol

The movie was very good. I think the books are better, and they definitely do a better job of explaining whats happening. But the movie directors managed to get the content across better with this movie then the first of the series. Action scenes were good. I just wish it had not ended when it did!

Good movie, Depp does an amazing job with his character, and the entire movie did a great job of depicting the "gangster" era. I really liked the way it was filmed, at times it switched over to that "home video" look, which i think made you feel like you were right there in the action with them. It felt a little long at one part - but then picked up and held my attention throughout the rest of the movie. I would actually give it 3.5 stars but was unable to with this rating system.
