What can I say. They took a great story and made a pretty bad movie. Bad character developement. Bad editing. Way too long. Too many shots of people watching a rugby game on the tv. There were supposed to be a couple of parts with good laughs and there were crickets in the audience of a packed theatre. So boring my wife fell asleeep. I liked Gran Torino and think Clint is a good director, but this one fell short. I think if the film had about a half hour or so cut of useless scenes and maybe added some more scenes of character developement, it may have been an ok movie.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
