i wouldn't recommend sitting in the front-rows if you get any sort of motion sickness, though. i got a bit queazy... but go early the coming attractions are worth seeing, (sit toward the back) and the movie was amazing, i am not a trekee, i am only slightly familiar with the old characters, but great film!!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
