Although the Potter movies have historically fell short of the mark in terms of adequately telling the story as told in the books, this movie reaches new lows in terms of blatantly ignoring key plot points. Gone are house-elves and wartime romance. And properly honoring the fallen. What's most frustrating is that in the time they saved by omitting key scenes from the book, they made up by fabricating two COMPLETELY NEW SCENES. I guess the director felt that J.K. Rowling simply didn't tell HER OWN STORY sufficiently well...
