It's in 3D...

and not much else. Took my 3 kids to see it and they only talked about the 3D effects and even as much about the 3D trailers as the movie itself. You don't find yourself revisiting any of the story after you've left the theater. Go for the 3D, nothing more.

My expectations are always high for a movie that is based on a very good book so I may be a bit biased, however, I found the pace only a tad quicker than the earlier Davinci Code. Not enough about the Illuminati and their persecution which is probably due to Howard not wanting to attack the Church. Ewan McGregor is always excellent in whatever role he portrays and is the one redeeming quality here. Hanks has become very tired for me as he seems to be the same guy in almost every film.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
