Star Trek Yes, IMAX No

Star Trek was a new take on the old franchise, and overall I felt that the movie was very good. They came up with a "Star Trek Plausible" explanation as to why everything was different. Great special effects, and a good storyline especially for Star Trek movies.
IMAX on the other hand was a bit of a dissapointment. I drove extra distance and paid a premium to see the movie in what I though was going to be a premium movie experience, and it was dissappointing. I expected the usual IMAX form the Baltimore Sience Center. However, the theater, screen, or sound wasn't any better than my usual theater. And, the price was double what I would have paid locally.
I recommend Star Trek, just not IMAX t in Columbia, MD.
