STAR TREK -- A New Timeline

Fun ride. Definite new approach to the Star Trek to Saga . . . Overall, great casting choices.
Being a lifelong Star Trek fan, the only downside was using industrial plants to represent the Star Fleet engineering spaces of the ships. And, what was the whole thing with the water turbine !?
Movie captures the characterizations I grew up loving between the cast. Lastly, I want Sulu's (John Cho) folding sword, even more than a functioning light saber.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
