This was an odd number movie in the trek movie chain which probably meant it was gonna be bad, but for someone who is not that experienced in Trek. Abrams pulled it off with Flying colors.

The movie was action packed form beginning to end. The Effects were Great. The story line was very enjoyable.
The cast is great and Zachary Quinto is a perfect choice for the Young Spock character.

This will be a phenomenal Revival to an old franchise.
I saw the movie the second day of the release get there Early(at least an hour before showtime) for a mid-top section middle row seat, and Definitely see it in Imax.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
