Excellent history, keep the essence of the first star trek, a fighter captain that break the rules, a vulcan that have to fight with his emotions, and very cool how Kirk meet everybody and become captain.
Also the effects are super and the movie is a delightful form beginning to end.
I seen all movies of star trek and series and I promise you that if you are a fan, this movie is not going to disappoint you.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
