Disappointed...

This was overall an entertaining movie but by far the least of the 4 (2 is still one of my top 5 movies of all time). The action is great but I just got that feeling that the filmmakers were trying too hard. It's that same style that made Spider-Man 3 so bad. They try to push the boundries so much that it makes the story too unbelieveable and the characters loose their credability.
Also, it's best to not go to the movie with someone unfamiliar with the first 3 or the comics themselves or you will be trying to explain what is happening and who the characters are the whole time.
Like I said, overall it is entertaining for a fan of the series but prepare to be disappointed and start looking forward to Star Trek next week!
