Worth seeing - good action/adventure movie. However, if you are anyone who has at all followed Star Trek over the years, this movie did not live up to Star Trek's potential - Star Trek at its best is a message-oriented drama, not action/adventure series, with an optimistic view of our future. Also, why throw out the entire history from decades of Star Trek? It would have cost nothing to be honest to Roddenberry's vision. The time travel plot device is getting old and cheap. Still, was a fun movie to watch. Most of the actors did a great job portraying the young Enterprise crew.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
