Don't get me wrong, it was a good movie. I walked out feeling that my money was spent well. However, I did not get that 'wow' sensation as I walked out.
This last movie packs in a LOT of information and explanations to a ton of different things that has been left unexplained over the past 10 years of Harry Potterness. If you have seen all the others, or even perhaps one, you should go see it.
Just prepare yourself to be slightly disappointed with the ending.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Walking into this movie with the original story of Alice in Wonderland, I knew that it would not be exactly the same, as Tim Burton is famous for twisting things according to his own vision. Tim Burton is one of the best visual storytellers in our time, and you will not be disappointed if you are looking to be entertained.
The amazing detail is not to be ignored, especially in 3D IMAX. You can see that as each 3D movie comes out, the attention to detail is not forgotten, but enhanced more and more. You will find yourself feeling like you are wandering through with Alice, experiencing what she is experiencing.
Its pure entertainment of a wondrous story spun by the master of dark fantasy himself, Tim Burton.
If you ever read the comics, you would appreciate this movie. It outlines the full beginning of Wolverine, as well as lightly touches base on the beginning of the Academy.
