Not very satisfying

I love the X-Men series, but while this explained his past, it wasn't very entertaining. The script was not well written, and there weren't any comic comments that help balance the film. Gambit is a great new character though! And how come he grows from child through adult, then stays that age through several wars?
No, I do not recommend this movie.
