Overall, the movie was decent. No single giant plot hole or gaffe ruined it. There were just lots of little problems here and there that kept it from really shining. Unrealistic Hollywood dialogue and delivery (no natural ums, ahs, stutters or interruptions). Some really poorly done CGI in a couple scenes. Logan's haircut never changes during history. Surgery performed in nonsterile conditions. Stabbing weapons that pull away with no blood. Historically incorrect weapons. Weak/nonexistent Cajun accent for the southern character. Gimmicky powers for the end villain.
The two leads, playing brothers, had good chemistry and believable sibling rivalry. Non-comic-buffs like me will have no problem. Plenty of good fights and explosions.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
