Not enough character development

This was supposed to be a movie about the origins of Wolverine and yes, it did reveal the origins, but I feel it moved too quickly. It felt rushed. I realize that they probably didn't want to make a 3.5 hr movie, but I think if they would have fleshed it out a little more it would have been better. Some of the points in the movie didn't make sense.. such as Stryker's hideout. The lab shown in X-Men was not on an "island"
Overall, I'd have to give the movie props for the special effects...maybe a A-, acting as a whole a B, and plot/character development a B-. I will not pay to go see it again in the theater, but I will buy it when it comes out on DVD.
