Imax busted but movie was great

The 10:45a showing at my theatre had a technical problem with the Imax. 30 min later we were offered a full refund and passes to the 11:45a showing in a non-imax theatre.
Besides the Imax problem. The film was great! A fun, exciting, thrilling well rounded movie. Love story, family story, friend story- it was all there. Another ET like movie. But the alien was not as nice as ET.
The kid actors were all terrific! Train crash was the most intense I have ever seen.
A film for the whole family.

Very well rounded pre-qual

This pre-qual answered so many questions from the other films. Given most pre-quls do this anyways but this was very detailed.
The history of Magnito and Xavier was excellent. The tie in of history of the Cuban Missle Crises was especially cool. To have a real-life event tied into the plot of a movie is great. Kevin Bacon did an excellent job as the bad guy.
Overall I was very happy with this movie I recommend everyone to go see it- even if you didn't see any of the other X-Men movies.
