Like everybody in the world, I've heard about twilight etc. Not read the books but thought the trailers for this movie looked interesting.
My apologies to all the rabid (and if you are rabid...stay far away from Jacob) but the girl playing Bella could not act her way out of a paper sack. Expressions CHANGE even in a severely depressed person! Edward wasn't much better.
I vote for Alice and Jacob to get together and have cute little pups.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

I'm not an afficiado of the comic strip but have seen the other three Xmen movies. This one...was bland in terms of plot. The whole story could have been wrapped up in 30 min. Yes, the special effects were cool and I understand the need for some violence but there was a LOT of gratuitous violence that meant nothing to the story. And the ending picking up the villian? Why?
I'm a HUGE Hugh Jackman fan but the story could have been told better.
