Wolverine Origins was a great movie, but my expectations were a little higher than proved necessary. GAMBIT, whom the trailer showed almost all of his scenes, was in the movie for about 45 minutes, if that. The only fighting Gambit did was with Wolverine, instead of aiding him in his fight against the baddies. Would have liked to see Gambit more. Also, Tyler K. (Gambit) dropped the Cajun accent too many times (especially during the plane ride.) And what was the butchering of Deadpool?
A great movie, great to have a new X-Men film (or should I say Wolverine movie.) I really enjoyed how they incorportated CYCLOPS. That was awesome.
As a huge X-Men fan, I would definitely recommend the flick. However, don't get your hopes *too* high.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
