No respect for the material

As a movie it wasn't horrible but from a lifelong Wolverine fan, it was very weak. There was no passion from the writers for the characters. When bad things happen to Wolverine, there isn't a lot of emotion to it because the writers never make you care about the characters. It's kinda like, someone dies, oh no, next scene. The only person to get Wolverine right to date was Brian Singer. If you want to watch a good Wolverine movie, watch the mansion scene from X2. That raw emotion never shows itself in X-Men Origins. I was highly disappointed.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
