By far the best X-Men movie experience of them all. I liked the first 3 but I felt they focused way too heavily on Logan's involvement as a leader of the group and didn't provide nearly enough of a back drop as to why he was so important. Of course he's always been a fan favorite for comic book readers but his character for these films didn't quite fit with me. Origins provides the missing history in a very entertaining way. Not to spoil the movie but Deadpool! Wasn't sold on the change myself.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
