I have become an avid listener of NPR, especially on long drives and love to listen to This American Life.
The movie was not any more special than the radio program, other than the visuals. and even those were simple additions (nothing elaborate). I appreciated the simplicity.
I enjoyed the atmosphere more than anything, it was exciting and felt like a secret club going into the theater to see a movie that only played at one time on one day (ok...excluding their rebroadcast on May 7th). I would recommend going to experience the energy of the other movie goers... people were excited to be there and we all shared a common interest, a love of this quirky NPR program.
