It was an absolute treat to watch JJ Abrams' Star Trek!! I loved everything about this movie. I loved the awesome visual effects that were grand and jaw-dropping, but not over-the-top and distracting from the overall story. I loved the great sound design and musical score. The casting was great! All the characters were believable and entertaining. The writing and story were excellent, and the movie left me wanting to see more...right away.
Thanks to JJ and his creative team! I hope to see more and be similarly impressed. You may have single-handedly saved the franchise. I couldn't have been happier. It's time for the next generation of Star Trek fans to emerge and boldly go!
