Unique and Fun

Admittedly this is a fun and unique film. We saw it in 3D at the IMAX, too, which made it even more fun. My 3 and 5 year olds really liked it. I have to admit, though, that I did not love it the way other reviewers loved it. I found the food falling from the sky a bit gross and weird. I guess I'm too left brained. Don't let my crankiness keep you from loving it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Entertaining, but not unbelievable

This movie was definitely entertaining and I would recommend seeing...on DVD in your home. With the price of a movie ticket these days, I try to save my movie dollars for those "WOW" movies. This is not a WOW movie, but enjoyable to watch. If you are wondering what I would consider a WOW movie, the following apply:
Any Harry Potter film
Star Trek
Juno
Star Trek
Juno
Yes, I recommend this movie.
